REACH – which aims at creating a fair and inclusive society that promotes and advocates independent living and employment.

The project incorporates semi-independent living arrangements and designed with a special social benefit in mind, intended for improved quality of life. The project will be entirely accessible to all users. More specifically, the project will support the integration of vulnerable persons within the community through public infrastructure by providing them residential and employment opportunities. Vulnerable persons will be brought closer to the labour market through support and training offered at the community centre and workshops, further promoting social inclusion and reducing the risk of their exposure to poverty. Apart from equipping persons with disability with independent living and employability skills, the project will provide improved social services including a respite centre, therapeutic treatments, physiotherapy area, gym, pool and other amenities.
