Residential Services - Reviews

Reviews are held on a yearly basis and have two main objectives:
  • to evaluate the service that was provided throughout the previous months with the aim of assessing the effectiveness of the service as well as the service users 's satisfaction;
  • to re-assess the person's needs with the service user, and thus plan with them the service strategy for the following months.
  •

Reviews are planned and coordinated by the Social Worker together with the Residential Leader, Day Centre Leader, Support Executives and other professionals involved and are usually held within the service users’ residence or Day Centre. The presence and participation of the service user in such reviews is considered paramount. The service user is also free to identify any significant others who they may wish to invite to attend and contribute.
