Sharing Lives has been hosting volunteering opportunities for two European volunteers each year through the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) project since 2021.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sharing Lives volunteers, through ESC, are involved in the implementation of various creative and fun initiatives within Sharing Lives. Moreover, they are given the space to create their own projects reflecting on their passions and interests.<\/p>\n

QUALITY MARK<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Through the Sharing Lives service, A\u0121enzija Sapport has been awarded a Quality Mark by The European Solidarity Corps, a European Union initiative that enables young people to show solidarity with communities in their respective country as well as abroad.

\r\nThrough this award, more foreign volunteers will have the opportunity to join Sharing Lives as volunteers.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t <\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t

During her ESC experience with Sharing Lives, Carlotta Cottino from Italy developed a project entitled \u2018Il-Komunit\u00e0 tal-Pikniks\u2019 a grassroots initiative focused on celebrating womanhood and strengthening connections among women in the community. The project brought women together through regular outdoor picnic gatherings held in different natural locations around Malta. Each session included a short group walk followed by a shared picnic where participants brought simple food and drinks to enjoy together, creating a welcoming space for conversation, cultural exchange and mutual support. The initiative also encouraged collaboration with local NGOs and participation in community events, further strengthening networks and promoting inclusion. Through this project, Carlotta created a relaxed and supportive environment that fostered wellbeing, connection and solidarity among women.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t <\/div>\n\t\n <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
