Moreover, research requests are reviewed to ensure that ethical standards are adhered to and to ascertain that the study would not have any undesirable impact on the consenting participants or on the Agency.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Research Request Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Research request form is submitted, with required documentation<\/li>\n<li>Request is reviewed<\/li>\n<li>Research requests may be approved, conditionally approved or refused<\/li>\n<li>Applicants are informed of outcome<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Given that only a limited number of studies can be carried out at any point in time, A\u0121enzija Sapport gives priority to research studies covering topics identified as most relevant by the Agency. Thus, applicants are advised to check about these topics and to gauge the feasibility of their proposed methodology with the Agency\u2019s Research section prior to submitting a research request.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A list of relevant research topics may be readily obtained from the Research section upon request.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n                                            \n                <\/div>\n                                <div id=\"tab2\" class=\"tab-content\">\n                    <h2 class=\"h4\">Submitting a research request<\/h2>\n                    <div class=\"post-content\"><p>Students and researchers who would like to submit a research request to A\u0121enzija Sapport should fill in the respective research request form:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u25c6 Research Request \u2013 Dissertation, if the request is related to a dissertation<\/p>\n<p>\u25c6 Research Request \u2013 Assignment\/Coursework, if the request is related to an assignment or any other study-unit coursework or<\/p>\n<p>\u25c6 Research Request \u2013 Non-Student, if the request is being made by a non-student (i.e., researchers at academic institutions and research entities) or by an organisation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applicants are also to attach the following documents with their application form:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u200b<strong>An <\/strong><strong>i<\/strong><strong>nformation <\/strong><strong>l<\/strong><strong>etter <\/strong>addressed to the potential participants together with a\u00a0<strong>Consent Form<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This document shall include:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>the student\u2019s or the researcher\u2019s identity and contact information together with the reason why the project or study is being conducted;<\/li>\n<li>how the data being collected will be recorded, processed and used;<\/li>\n<li>the recipients to whom participants\u2019 identity and personal data may be disclosed;<\/li>\n<li>a statement confirming the participants\u2019 right to access, rectify, and where applicable erase the data concerning them;<\/li>\n<li>a statement confirming that the data collected will be exclusively used for the purpose of this specific project or study;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The ethical approva<\/strong>l, and, whenever this is not applicable, a letter from the study-unit\u2019s coordinator that confirms the purpose and scope of the project or research;<\/li>\n<li><strong>The data collection guide<\/strong>(e.g., interview questions, observation guide and\/or questionnaire, etc.);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Any other relevant documents<\/strong>, whenever applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Those interested in submitting a research request may\u00a0fill in the application form electronically or download the application and submit it by hand <div class=\"post-content\"><p>The outcome of requests is solely at the discretion of A\u0121enzija Sapport.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The approval of a research request enables A\u0121enzija Sapport to disseminate the applicant\u2019s research participation invitation to those staff members, service users or relatives who may be regarded as potential participants due to meeting the study\u2019s participation criteria.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>An approved research request does not automatically imply or guarantee that participants will be available for data collection or successfully recruited.
